Join us for some gymnastics fun at our new venue, Dickens Heath Studio!

Gymnastics teaches students to roll, jump, swing and turn upside down. This includes running, jumping, tumbling, somersaulting, flipping and balancing. Gymnastics is an exciting activity and sport for its unique contribution to general fitness, coordination, agility, strength, balance and speed. In our classes we teach the whole child, to listen, to follow directions, to take turns on apparatus, how to work as a team and respect each other, whilst developing self confidence and self esteem through celebrating individuals achievements and through performance and creativity. Students will work both individually and as a part of a team, developing their emotional and social skills alongside their physical skills. Gymnastics provides a sound foundation in movement for boys and girls of all ages, encouraging a healthy habit of health & fitness from early in your child's life, supporting laying the foundations for a lifetime.

Based in the heart of Dickens Heath, we offer a range of gymnastics, acro, dance and performing arts based classes.
